This is a really comfortable apartment with lots of daylight and nice views, in a recently restored building, located in a little and quiet square just by La Lonja and Mercado Central, two of the most emblematic places/monuments in Valencia. Living here you will be only 100mts. from Plaza del Ayuntamiento, so that you can enjoy either the calm of this place in the heart of the old town, or the bustle of "El Carmen", one of the best restaurants and typical pubs area where you can go by walking for three minutes.
